Perch is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Perch Plus subscription

Perch Plus is offered as a monthly (US$8.99) or yearly (US$29.99) auto-renewable subscription, each with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices vary by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
